Our Letting Plan
Our letting plan outlines the proportion of homes we intend to allocate based on the circumstances of applicants. Our letting plan for 2026/27 is as follows :
We will let -
55% of our properties to homeless applicants or other referrals from Glasgow City Council. These are sometimes known as Section 5 referrals.
25% of our properties to applicants on our waiting list.
20% of our properties to transfer applicants, that is, anyone already housed with us who is looking to move.
