General Data Protection Regulation and Your Application
Govanhill Housing Association will use the information you have provided to help consider your housing application.
While you are on our housing list, and during any subsequent tenancy you have with the Association, we may add to, or modify, the information provided by you or others – for example, your current landlord – while you are on the housing list. We may also add to your information in relation to your tenancy with us if we rehouse you.
Govanhill Housing Association is a Scottish Charity (Scottish Charity Number SCO10307), having their Registered Office at 79 Coplaw Street, Govanhill, Glasgow G42 7JG. We take the issue of security and data protection very seriously and strictly adhere to guidelines published in the Data Protection Act of 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 together with any domestic laws subsequently enacted.
We are notified as a Data Controller with the Office of the Information Commissioner under registration number Z9769493 and we are the data controller of any personal data that you provide to us
